Welcome
to beautiful Birdsong Cottage. Originally built in 1955, it has been
extended and fully renovated in recent years. Join us for a relaxed
and fulfilling holiday at our charming bed and breakfast, surrounded
by mature trees and situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We're
only a short walk from theatres, shops, golf and restaurants in the
historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
This cosy 'Old Town"
cottage is a warm, hospitable place. You'll enjoy your own private entrance,
the guest lounge with the fireplace and TV, central air conditioning
and smoke free environment and hardwood floors and antiques throughout
the home. The front porch (with its own bar fridge) is especially great
for relaxing with a glass of wine after an enjoyable day of traveling.
We
feature two comfortable rooms. The Pine Grosbeak Room (left) features
a queen bed and private bathroom. The Goldfinch room (right) features
extra long twin beds which may be made into a king bed for more than
one night's stay. The Goldfinch room also features an ensuite bathroom.
What would a bed
and breakfast be without the breakfast? You'll receive a generous full
breakfast at Birdsong Cottage, featuring a three course breakfast with
local fruits of the season, home baking and a delectable main course.
Stay at Birdsong
and visit the theatres, vineyards, golf courses, Niagara Falls, the
Whirlpool, the Butterfly Conservatory, Brock's Monument, Casino Niagara,
wonderful restaurants and much much more!

Booking
Conditions:

Upon booking
we request a deposit of $40.00 per room, per night. Deposit
is fully refundable, less $10.00 administration fee, if you
cancel with eight or more days' notice. If you cancel within
seven days of your reserved date, the full deposit is retained
if we are unable to rebook the room. We will do our best to
rebook the room to avoid this charge.
We do
defer to a two day booking (including a Saturday) on weekends
during July and August.
Please
add 7% GST to your room rate. For all guests from outside
Canada, this 7% tax may be reclaimed at the border / airport
upon leaving Canada.
