OUR PURPOSE

As a group of business leaders in Niagara, we educate, challenge, mentor and uplift other leaders in the Niagara region through the sharing of principles and knowledge we have found to be successful.

We encourage and educate each other with business and leadership principles we actively use every day.

WHAT IDEASHARE IS

It is a place where members actively participate in sharing and feedback to assist each other in growing as a leader and overcoming challenges we face in our business. We value credibility, trust, interaction, learning, accountability, structure and sharing.

Through IdeaShare, we identify and host or support leadership conferences and seminars in Niagara.

OUR DIRECTION

We are different, diverse individuals with multiple business backgrounds coming together in a secular environment to share our knowledge and grow our business and personal leadership skills. We are an open group, welcoming to all who share our ethic. Members come away from meetings with powerful tools and perspectives to help them improve themselves and their businesses.

We are a business group with a business focus.

Meeting Dates:

IdeaShare meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month from 7:30 ~ 9:00 a.m.

The location is the J.J. Kapps Restaurant, located in the Holiday Inn & Suites Parkway Conference Centre at 325 Ontario St., St. Catharines. Our meeting will be in the private room areas to the left of the restaurant’s main entrance.

There is no cost to attend our meetings although you may choose to purchase breakfast at the restaurant. The only mandatory investment is your time, energy and ideas.
