Built
in the late 1800s, this traditional colonial estate, nestled under giant
chestnut trees, expresses a character of warmth and charm.
The Chestnut Inn
has many common areas for your comforts; 500 sq.ft. living room with
fireplace and library; sun room with large wraparound porch and pergola
to filter the sun's rays just perfectly; large front terrace with fish
pond overlooking the Niagara River Gorge; and a 100 sq. ft. gazebo located
on one acre of lawn and gardens (over 30 weddings were performed in
2002). For those of you who prefer the more provate relaxation, each
room is equipped with its own private sundeck.
Chestnut Inn serves
a delicious deluxe continental breakfast in an elegant formal dining
room. Sample a variety of muffins, bagels, pancakes, cereals, baked
items, fresh fruit, juice, tea & coffee.

most requested suite: The Loft Suite
The
Loft is a romantic getaway located on the top level. This room spans
the entire width of the house and follows the contours of the roof.
Equipped with gas fireplace for those cool nights, this room has a queen-size
bed, single day bed and sofa, full en suite washroom.Your spacious 400
sq. ft. private deck puts you at eye level with mother nature's beauty.

All bedrooms have
either a king or queen size bed, as well as a single bed or window-box
sleeper. All rooms have private, ensuite baths, cable TV, fireplace
and air conditioning.
Located a scenic
one-mile walk to the Falls, Casino Niagara and Queen Victoria Park.
Two border-crossings within one-mile, four blocks from downtown banks,
bus and rail depot; as well as a scenic 15 minute ride to Niagara-On-The-Lake,
Shaw Festival Theatre, wine route, golf and shopping. For your convenience,
there is a Peoplemover stop directly in front of our Inn.

(located to the left), or enjoy the sights below from your spacious
private deck. We offer a quality product for a quality price. Our
rates do not change on weekends or holidays (New Year's excluded).
