This stone and stucco house was built in the 1940s and still retains
much its old world charm through original hardwood floors, wood mouldings
and french doors. Today, Muriel calls it home and offers comfort and
convenience to all travellers.
Guests
can enjoy a comfortable bed in one the three charming bedrooms, each
with ensuites and private bathrooms.
A full hot breakfast
is served in the sunwashed dining room overlooking the Niagara Gorge.
Featuring seasonal Niagara fruit, home-baked breads, jams and of course,
the hot entree. Many guests say they don't need lunch afterwards!
Muriel makes it
a point to know what's going on when you're in Niagara so she can advise

the house's other main resident "Annie". This adorable Lhasa
Apso is a great source of love and affection and children have a great
time with her. Your pets are allowed at Stoneleigh as per Muriel's discretion
but do please inquire about bringing your pet in advance.
