Featuring: Life Donation Awareness Association of Niagara

The Life Donation Awareness Association of Niagara is a group of volunteers supporting transplant patients, donors and their families. Our main goal is to promote organ and tissue donation and how it saves and enhances lives. Members are transplant recipients (heart, kidney, lung, and many more), donor families, live donors, and others interested in our cause. We meet once a month to share, plan speaking events, attend parades, and promote organ registration through www.beadonor.ca.

Featuring: Niagara Region Children's Safety Village

The Mission of the Niagara Region Children’s Safety Village is to provide a safe and controlled environment in which to teach Safety Education to the school children of the Niagara Region. It is a one of a kind Education Centre, located on the Welland Campus of Niagara College. All three of the Region’s Emergency Services, (N.R.P.S., E.M.S. and the 12 Fire Chiefs) have united in a precedent setting partnership to teach children from Senior Kindergarten to Grade 8 how to recognize and address dangerous situations. Uniformed personnel from all three services teach in our classrooms.

Our desire is to improve the quality of women's lives with counseling, education, and support leading to social and behavioral changes, giving back to the individual family system as well as the community.

The Loyal Order of Moose is a fraternal and service organization founded in 1888. Welland Moose Lodge 977 (Chapter 993) supports local Children's charities and other charities in our community.

Additionally, we support the operation of Mooseheart Child City & School , a 1,000-acre community for children and teens in need, located 40 miles west of Chicago; and Moosehaven , a 70-acre retirement community for our members near Jacksonville, FL.
