Kendo is an incredibly intense and fun martial art based on the art of Japanese swordsmanship. It is best described as Japanese Fencing. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Welland Martial Arts Centre.
We accept students ages 8 and up. Bring comfy clothes, an open mind and a good attitude and come on out and see what we have to offer!
